Join us for a 4-week yoga series created specifically for active adults 60+ who want to stay mobile, build strength, and move with more ease—without rushing through a fast-paced class.
Ageless Movement is a mat-based class (with some optional chair support), taught by Marty—an experienced teacher and active senior himself. You’ll learn to adapt yoga poses to your unique body, use props to support healthy movement, and breathe in ways that boost energy or calm the mind.
