Your pre-registration fee of $25 is deductible upon enrollment in this teacher training*. All interested must pre-register here. You will be contacted by the Center in order to enroll. Enrollment is limited to 10 people. Pre-registration ends on September 15, 2025.

*If you are waitlisted and program fills with no spot available, you will be refunded by October 1, 2024.

Access to unlimited yoga included during teacher training. Unlimited yoga begins on the day of deposit.

About:

A devoted yogi and meditator for over 35 years, with over 15,000 hours of teaching experience, Lisa is a master yoga teacher who inspired many over two decades of teaching on Long Island to become practitioners and to train with her to become yoga teachers. She is a co-founder of the Center for Wellness.

Always a student Lisa studied Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga with some of the best teachers in the world including David Swenson and Shelley Washington, Tim Miller, Dharma Mittra, Eddie Stern, Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor, Shiva Rea, Alan Finger and Pattabhi Jois. Among her specialty certifications, Lisa teaches Cardiac Medical Yoga, Laughter Yoga, Yoga for Pelvic Floor Health, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra. Lisa is currently working toward certification in Yoga Therapy through the Kundalini tradition with Guru Dharum.

Lisa’s teaching style is masterful and empowering. She inspires all of her students (from teen elite athletes to fabulous octogenarians) to move beyond the bounds of the mind and expand into an experience of authenticity and self-realization. Lisa’s intention and expertise lies in her ability to lead students on a healing, transformational journey—body, mind and soul.
