Once again, the time has come for the RUCbar general assembly!!!
It will take place on Saturday the 26th of July 2025, at 12:00, in RUCbar.
The preliminary agenda for the General Assembly is as follows:

1.2 Selection of a referent
1.3 Selection of vote counters
1.4 Approval of the Agenda
2. Accounts
2.1 The Board’s account
2.2 Economy’s account
2.3 Inventory’s account
2.4 Event and Communication's account
2.5 HR’s account
2.6 Maintenance´s account
3. Approval of preliminary accounts or financial statements
4. Approval of amendments to the Articles of Association
5. Election of management
5.1 Election of Chairman
5.2 Election of Vice Chairman
5.2 Election of Management I
5.3 Election of Management II
6. Any other business
If you are interested in running for one of the management positions, all you need to do is show up for the General Assembly - remember that everyone who’s a part of RUCbar can run for one of the positions in the management.
If you cannot participate in the General Assembly but wish to run for one of the positions in RUCbar’s management, you have to send an email to
Zm9ybWFuZCB8IHJ1Y2JhciAhIGRr with which post you want to run for, with a short presentation on who you are and why you should be part of the management, if you send in a video presentation, we will play it on the day. This must be sent no later than the 19th of July at 13.00.
Suggestions for amendments to the Articles of Associations should be sent to the Board of Directors at
YmVzdHlyZWxzZSB8IHJ1Y2JhciAhIGRr no later than Saturday the 19th of July at 13:00.
When we have received all the suggestions, if any have been submitted, for amendments, these will be published on the site of the event on Tuesday the 22nd of July.
