Intermediate Yoga Class with Almania Colombo

Join us for two special 90-minute Intermediate classes with international yoga champion and senior teacher Almania Colombo.

📅 Tuesday 2nd July | 19:00–20:30
📅 Saturday 5th July | 12:00–13:30

This class is held in a warm room (38°C), which helps your body stretch and move more easily. The sequence blends the familiar Bikram Yoga postures with a carefully selected mix from the Traditional 84 Asana series.

💥 It’s active, fun, and slightly more interactive than a regular Bikram class — come prepared to laugh, challenge yourself, and learn something new.

While the class is designed for students already familiar with the 90-minute Bikram series, motivated beginners are absolutely welcome!
