Free Outdoor Yoga in Central Park with Live Violinist

This gentle, all-level yoga class is led by Lori Kampa, a seasoned and certified yoga instructor who specializes in creating a welcoming environment for everyone to explore the practice of yoga. There will also be a live Violinist!

Bring a yoga mat, towel/ blanket (for under your mat), water and sunglasses. Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up near the bandshell pavilion in Central Park. There is free parking. Note: If this event is sold out on Eventbrite, come anyway—there's space for around 50 students, and Eventbrite defaults to "sold out" after 25 spots. You don't need to show your ticket from Eventbrite when you come, but let us know you already signed up so you don't have to sign any paperwork when arriving.
