YOGA IN THE PARK 2025

Rosemont Health & Fitness Yoga team is offering FREE classes at Parkway Bank Park Entertainment District in Rosemont. Classes will be held Sunday mornings from June 15th at 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. through August 10th. Yoga in the Park will have peaceful outdoor exercise experience for all ages. Yoga on Sunday is a great way to get grounded, recharge and set your intentions for the week ahead. Bring your friends and family out for a morning of fun filled FREE outdoor Yoga!

What you will need : Come ready to start your week off right. Don’t forget your own yoga mat/towel and water.

Be sure to pre register with the link below before class begins. We will be doing check in at the check in tent every week! We hope to see you there!

We will have a bonus FITNESS FINALE combo class held Monday August 12th from 6-8pm. Zumba will start at 6pm with Yoga to follow at 7pm.

Fun Raffle Prizes will be held at the very end for everyone who stays. We hope to see you there.. WITH RAFFLE PRIZES AT 8PM!
