Celebrate the season with an intimate evening of fine wine and exquisite cuisine in the heart of our barrel room. Chef Sean Kelly of Northern Fork has crafted a seasonal menu inspired by the fresh flavors of spring, each course thoughtfully paired with Lynfred wines.

Strawberry Bibb Caprese – Bibb lettuce, fresh strawberry, heirloom grape tomato, pickled shallot, burrata, basil, balsamic, and extra virgin olive oil

Duet of Red Wine-Braised Short Rib & Spring Vegetable Chicken Roulade – Served with mascarpone polenta, roasted baby carrots, and basil oil

Dessert
Strawberry Rhubarb Tartlet – Finished with Chantilly crème
