Join me on Sunday, August 17th at 9AM for a morning in nature that will leave you grounded, clear, and full of gratitude.

We’ll begin with a gentle guided Gratitude Walk through the park, reconnecting with our breath, the earth, and all that we’re thankful for. We’ll close the experience with a soothing Sound Bath, allowing the vibrations of crystal singing bowls to deepen our sense of calm and set the tone for the week ahead.
