Outdoor Low Impact Fitness

Parks & Recreation is continuing to offer older adults an opportunity to socialize while improving flexibility, mobility and balance in an outdoor setting May 27th through October 16th.
Participants will meet to warm up with stretching, followed by light exercise with resistance bands and walking. All equipment is provided. Bring water and wear comfortable clothing and good walking shoes/sneakers. No pre-registration, no commitments, drop in when you can.
Join us Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 am in Fir Grove Park near the Umpqua Valley Arts Center (1624 W Harvard Ave.). Please arrive a little early to sign in and get ready.
Cost is $2.00 each class; cash only.
