Wellness day with Reiki, yoga and just girl time! Free event rain or shine!

Bring your welcoming energy, a dish to pass, a bottle of water, yoga mat, pillow and blanket if you like and let’s spend some time with reiki, meditation, yoga and more. It is a free event. Thank you Diane for hosting and my students and new friends to meet. Stop in for part of the event or the entire event. We will begin with reiki meditation yoga and so on. Stay for a while or the entire time or just pop in!
