Hatha Flow

Hatha Flow harmonizes the ancient technologies of yoga asana (postures) and breathing practices with gentle, conscious movement. Students will move their bodies in ways that are nourishing and regenerative, and also to take the time to refine certain postures which help increase the flow of life force energy. Designed to meet the goals of beginners to seasoned practitioners, this class aims to clarify and empower the body, and support physical, mental, and emotional resiliency. Join us!
