Paws and Poses

Join this fun and relaxing yoga class where your furry friend is the guest of honor! Led by Candy, this gentle yoga session includes a brisk walk to warm up (weather permitting) and a heart-centered flow to stretch and restore.

Cost: FREE (Pet donations encouraged)

Please note: Dogs must be non-aggressive, dog-friendly, and comfortable around people. All dogs must be leashed at all times. One dog, per member.
