Sprint: (Recommended for Ages 6-9) Swim: 50 yards | Bike: 1 mile | Run: .5 mile
Olympic: (Recommended for Ages 10-14) Swim: 150 yards | Bike: 3 miles | Run: 1 mile
You Will Need:
Swimsuit and Towel
Shorts
Shirt
Shoes (to wear after swim)
Bike & Helmet (No helmet, no racing!)
An Adult for support

Cost: $25 (includes event shirt)
Sprint: Swim: 300 yards | Bike: 13 miles | Run: 3 miles

Adult 5K Saturday, August 3rd, 7:00 AM
Cost: $20 (includes event shirt)
Course Description: Race begins in front of the Roosevelt Aquatic Center and loops around the Walking Park and Constitution Park.
You Will Need:
Running clothes
Shoes
Shirts will be guaranteed for runners signed up before July 18th!
