Tai Chi & Qigong Retreat with Simon Allen

Simon has travelled extensively sharing his practices with people from all walks of life, teaching in various centers, holistic festivals, spiritual communities and retreats. Simon will be facilitating a retreat solely dedicated to Tai Chi & Qigong to enable you to dive deeper into relaxation, inner peace, grounding & vitality. All aspects of human life, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, depend on our energy levels. The week will focus on helping you to either gain back your depleted energy or empower you to reach higher levels of it.
