Reiki is a natural, holistic healing technique from Japan that works with the body's energy system to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support emotional and physical healing. In this beginner-friendly Level 1 workshop, you’ll learn how to tap into this gentle yet powerful energy to help yourself, and your loved ones.
During the day, you will:
✨️Receive your Level 1 Reiki attunement, opening your energy channels
✨️Learn the history and principles of Usui Reiki
✨️Practice simple hands-on healing techniques
✨️Experience guided meditation and energy awareness exercises
✨️Gain the skills and confidence to begin offering Reiki to yourself and others
No prior experience is needed – just an open heart and a willingness to learn. This course is perfect for complete beginners or anyone drawn to explore energy work for the first time.
I’m Sarah, a Reiki Master Teacher and healer with nearly 20 years of experience. I’m also a member of the UK Reiki Federation.
🌿 This is a small, supportive class (maximum 4 students) to ensure personal attention and a peaceful learning space.
