We invite you all to join us at our next edition of Reconnect Yoga Retreat next to the footsteps of Macedon Ranges on a beautiful, lush part of land in Riddles Creek. Reconnect is a holistic gathering on Wurundjeri land comprises of multi-disciplinary workshops facilitated by professional practitioners many practice yoga and other forms of energy work.
Reconnect guides you to immerse yourself to nourish your soul and reconnect with Mother Earth. Nourish your tree with love, care and share with the connected community. To develop stronger relationships with our friends and make new friends who are like minded in spiritual growth.
Reconnect is all about reconnecting to self and self-discovering. It runs of traditional values of Yoga (the sacred union) and Yogic philosophy from India. Also share values of different cultures and communities for the best of the society. There are many other workshops and an open environment for all to share.
When: Reconnect Gathering will open at 10:00 am Friday 25th of April 2025 and will close at 1:00 pm Sunday 27th April 2025 (ANZAC Long weekend).
Where: The campsite is on Wurundjeri land and comprises 74 hectares (183 acres) of natural bushland and is located adjacent to the Mt. Charlie State Forest at the North East end of the Macedon Ranges, approximately 1 hour North West of Melbourne or 30 minutes from Tullamarine Airport.
Workshops: We hold the space based on sacred Kundalini Chakras and eight pillars of Yoga.
Eight chakras are
1. Muladhara Chakra - Root Centre
2. Svadhishthana Chakra - Lower Abdominal Centre
3. Manipura Chakra - Navel Centre
4. Anahata Chakra - Heart Centre
5. Vishuddhi Chakra - Throat Centre
6. Agya Chakra - Eyebrow Centre
7. Bindu Chakra - Moon Centre
8. Sahasrara Chakra - Crown Centre

2. Niyama
3. Asana
4. Pranayama
5. Pratyahara
6. Dharna
7. Dhyana
8. Smadhi
Workshops are aligned with the chakra energy and eight pillars - A timetable and space schedule will be provided to you via email and will be published on our website www.reconnectgathering.org

Accommodation Arrangements: There are two options
1. Shared Cabins - Limited number of climate controlled shared bunk beds with single beds. Mattress provided but you bring your own pillows, sleeping bag or sheets and blankets.
2. Camping - Limited number of spots to Camp in natural settings with toilets and showers available to use. Bring your tent, own pillows, mattress, sleeping bag, blankets and other camping gear. It still includes all workshops.
Both campers and cabin sleepers will have access to shared amenities. Which means, access to hot/cold showers, toilets, communal cooking area with commercial stove, fire drums and fridge space.
Food – All tickets holder will get all meals, soy chai and fruit etc from the communal kitchen. We cook traditional Indian vegan meals with option for people to bring their special diet food if they required it. This is strictly a non-alcohol and drug free event.
