POLATES CLINIC

Good posture, balance & suppleness are key to helping optimise performance for your horse & reduce risk of injury.

The sessions incorporate exercises, including polework to improve these key areas as well as helping strength & stability.

In hand & Ridden sessions in small groups of 2 or 3.

Ridden sessions will include position & postural awareness for the rider.

Cost £35 per person, including arena hire.

Individual sessions also available on request.

The clinic is run by Rebecca Sedgwick of R S Veterinary & Rider Physiotherapy who is an experienced ACPAT registered Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in Horse & Rider Performance. In addition, she also holds the BHS Intermediate teaching certificate with many years experience training horse and riders of all levels.
