Middle Eastern Mezze with Amy Levin

If you enjoy flavourful, vibrant food, this class is for you. Middle Eastern food leans on fresh herbs and spices, citrus, beans and pulses and veggies.

Each dish packs a punch of flavour and delight, and together they make an incredible sharing platter for family meals, get-togethers, pot lucks or even weekly meal prep.

What we’ll make in this class -
Hummus with Fried Garlic
Smokey Baba Ganoush
Herby Quinoa Tabouli
Traditional Falafel (baked not fried)
Tzatziki Dipping Sauce

We make all of the above as a group, like families all over the world do and enjoy the meal together afterwards with Sourdough Flatbread freshly baked by Natasha/Fresh Kitchen.

You will take home the experience of having made the dishes along with the recipes to keep you going at home. Not to mention the enjoyment of the meal itself, community and conversation.
