Introduction to Sound Healing

This 1-day immersive and practical workshop introduces participants to the fundamentals of sound healing.

Using Tibetan singing bowls and Koshi wind chimes, you will learn essential skills to facilitate sound baths or play bowls confidently for your own enjoyment. By the end of the day, you will feel confident in handling sound healing equipment and conducting a session.
