This one-hour session is your invitation to pause, breathe, and bathe in soothing vibrations. The bowls help relax the nervous system, clear energy blocks, and restore balance – perfect if you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just need a moment of stillness.

What is Sound Healing?
