Join us for an intimate full-day Kundalini Intensive designed for those ready to go deeper with their energy work. Limited to just 6 participants, this 7-hour immersive experience includes two extended 90-minute activation sessions, a ceremonial cacao ceremony, and spacious integration time - creating the conditions for shifts that continue unfolding long after the day ends.

Unlike Kundalini Yoga that relies on physical postures and breath-work, this journey is one of complete surrender. The intelligent life-force energy naturally rises within you, awakening dormant parts of your being and fostering growth on emotional, mental and spiritual levels. WHY A FULL-DAY INTENSIVE?

Whilst regular 2-hour sessions offer powerful experiences, the intensive format allows for a deeper, more sustained experience across the day. The two 90-minute sessions (rather than the standard 1-hour) create space for energy to move beyond surface releases. The cacao ceremony opens your heart space, and the extended integration time allows natural processing between sessions. This isn't about instant transformation - it's about creating the conditions for deeper work that continues to unfold in the days and weeks following.
