Come and enjoy a peaceful hour on the mat in the tranquil gardens surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature.

Led by the talented owner of Faith Yoga, Julie will put your mind at ease and help you feel like a novice even if you've never been on a yoga mat.

First session is FREE!
