About the event

Step Up to the Plate Back-to-School Event
The Rome Goodwill Career Center is excited to partner with DCS, WorkSource Northwest Georgia, and the Floyd County Sheriff’s Department to host a Free Back-to-School Event on July 15, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. A variety of school supplies will be provided on a first come, first served basis. Bring the kids to play in the bouncy house, meet Julius, and get a free popcorn and soda (youth only)!

Community-Based Organizations will have tables to provide information about resources in Rome and Floyd County. If your organization would like a table, please register here: https://forms.gle/L7C1V4JyrEGiLGYK6.
