Cheers to 20 years! Ayurveda Yoga class & Celebration!

Just Breathe Yoga Studio was incorporated on August 29, 2005. And has been offering yoga classes in Rome, NY ever since.
It changed owners in 2013 and grew from a yoga studio to a hybrid yoga studio and school following its shutdown due to COVID-19 in 2020. It is internationally recognized by the World Yoga Federation. There's SO much to celebrate!

Join Nicole on JBYS's 20th anniversary for a special Ayurveda yoga class for Pitta Season. This cooling and calming practice will balance the fiery nature of Pitta, incorporating gentle, flowing poses that focus on mindful breathing, yin and restorative poses, and twists to release the heat and tension of the season. This slower, more reflective class will foster a sense of groundedness and stability, and is suitable for everyone. This class is included in all JBYS packages or available for $15 as a drop-in. The yoga class is being offered in a hybrid format for those who wish to join us online.

Join us afterwards for a special celebration, some treats from Sonny Always Baked Goods, and a toast to 20 years.

For those unable to attend the 5:00 class, please join us from 6:15 to 6:30 to celebrate!
