La ginnastica posturale, attività fondamentale per il benessere psico-fisico, ha una doppia valenza: preventiva e riabilitativa.
Ciascuno di noi, negli anni, ha costruito la propria esperienza motoria, assumendo delle abitudini. Spesso queste abitudini sono scorrette per diversi motivi come ad esempio la sedentarietà o degli atteggiamenti viziati, che a lungo andare possono portare a dolori articolari, muscolari o viscerali ricorrenti. La ginnastica posturale interviene proprio per correggere i gesti motori in statica e in dinamica e per riprogrammare tutto il sistema tonico posturale
