This experience is designed to reconnect you with your breath, your body, and the grounding presence of the natural world around you.
What to Expect:
Breathwork & Grounding
We begin by anchoring ourselves through calming breathwork and earth-based grounding practices, setting the tone for presence and intention.
Intentional Movement Flow
Through a gentle and mindful movement sequence, we explore motion as a way to release tension, restore balance, and embody the slow rhythm of fall.
Guided Meditation
We’ll settle into stillness with a guided meditation, weaving in themes of letting go, inner quiet, and seasonal transition.
Deep Rest
You’ll be invited into nourishing rest, allowing body and mind to soften fully into stillness and integration.
Returning to Presence
We close gently, reawakening to the present moment—carrying forward the quiet strength and spaciousness cultivated throughout the practice.
No prior meditation or movement experience is necessary—All props and materials are provided.
