This is not about pushing for breakthrough.
It’s about creating safety in your body — so what’s already there can move naturally.
You’ll be guided through a grounded, supported experience where you remain in control at all times. There is no pressure to perform or share. You’re invited to follow your own pace, breathing as deeply or gently as feels right.
Through breath, awareness, and guided integration, this session supports:
