The Long Exhale is a 90-minute, trauma-informed Conscious Connected Breathwork journey, held fortnightly on Friday evenings at the Broadfield District Community Centre. This small-group experience is designed for those wanting a deeper, more intentional connection with their breath in a safe and supportive environment.
Guided with care and nervous-system awareness, this session honours choice, personal pacing, and your body’s natural wisdom. You’ll be invited to move gently inward, allowing the breath to support emotional release, mental clarity, and a sense of grounded reconnection.
There is no pressure to push or force — you are always in control, breathing as deeply or as softly as feels right for you.
