Rolleston Catchball Term 4 Mondays 6.30pm

Catchball is a team sport played on a volleyball court but you "catch and pass" the ball and then throw it over the net. Easy to get started, great for women who have been out of sport or never played sport in the past. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
