Grief touches every part of our being—mind, body, and spirit and is especially difficult during the holidays. Healing Pathways offers a unique and gentle approach to processing loss through the calming presence of horses and the creative expression of neurographic art.
Retreat Highlights
Participants are guided through mindful interactions with horses that foster connection, trust, and emotional awareness. These experiences are complemented by a neurographic art session—an expressive drawing technique that helps the brain form new pathways for healing, resilience, and release.
Together, these practices create a safe, supportive environment where individuals can explore their grief, express what words cannot and begin to move forward with renewed balance and peace.
Who Should Attend?
This retreat welcomes individuals navigating grief from all walks of life, ages 18 and up. No prior experience with horses or art is required—just an open heart and the desire for healing.
