Is your child gearing up for sports or school activities this year? Make sure they’re ready to go with a FREE sports physical at the Phelps Health Pediatric Clinic!

Who: School-age children and teens up to age 18

Location: Medical Office Building, Suite 300, 1050 West 10th Street, Rolla

No appointments needed; patients will be seen on a walk-in basis.
