Quiet Hour Hike

Sat., August 23, 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.
Is life too hectic and you just need to slow down and relax? Then join a Park Interpreter who will lead you on an easy, half mile hike through the forest. We’ll use several mindfulness techniques from the Quiet Hour program to slow our minds and be present in the moment. Meet at the Van Winkle Trailhead and bring a water bottle and bug spray.
