Golden Hour - Summer Yoga Under the Tent (OUTDOOR Class)

Greet the day with grace and presence in this peaceful sunrise yoga class, held under a spacious tent overlooking the serene pond. As the sun rises and casts golden light across the water, you’ll move through a gentle yet energizing flow designed to awaken your body and center your mind. Surrounded by the soothing sounds of morning birdsong and the soft rustle of summer leaves, this class offers a perfect moment of calm to start your day. All levels are welcome—just bring your mat, your breath, and a love for nature’s quiet beauty. Classes take place OUTSIDE from June - September.
