The 25th Annual Warren Street Festival is almost here! 🎉
Join us Saturday, August 16 • 12 PM – 10 PM at the Rocky Mount Farmers Market (455 Franklin St.) for a full day of history, culture, and celebration — Honoring the vibrant history of Warren Street, the historic Black business district of Rocky Mount dating back to Reconstruction, and the community that’s kept this tradition alive for 25 years strong.
This year’s festival will feature performances by Kemistry, Soulcustix, 2 Live Band, Malachi on Saxophone, African dancers, and a local cheer/dance team. Plus music from the Incredible DJ Joe and DJ Onesix to keep the energy going all day and night. You’ll also find Kirk’s Famous BBQ food truck, amazing local vendors, a kids’ corner sponsored by Angie’s Bouncy House, the Warren Street Cruise‑In car show, and the Mobile Black History Museum highlighting stories and milestones from Warren Street and Franklin County.
