October Wine Dinner at Culpepper Cattle Co.

Enjoy a special chef-curated three-course dinner perfectly paired with exquisite wines from Caymus as you are guided through each selection.

October Menu Features:

• Minestrone Soup: a fall vegetable medley slow roasted with applewood smoked bacon and simmered in a beef & vegetable blended stock. Paired with Emmolo Merlot.
• Center-Cut Prime Bison Tenderloin: served over red skin smashed asiago potatoes with a roasted mushroom marsala and homemade garlic bread. Paired with Sea Sun Pinot Noir.
• Harvest Roasted Apple: candied & baked apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, butterscotch, and caramel layered with vanilla bean ice cream. Paired with a special seasonal-inspired cocktail.
• After dinner wine: 51st Vintage Caymus Cabernet
