Today, Leadership Rockwall stands as an unparalleled opportunity for emerging and established leaders to collaborate, construct, and nurture an interconnected and thriving community in Rockwall County and its environs. Through a rigorous selection process, the program identifies, educates, and enhances the leadership abilities of approximately 15-20 individuals annually.
