Capers Coaching presents a 90-minute, high-intensity tune-up session designed for intermediate to advanced high school playerswho are gearing up for the start of their high school volleyball season.

Tryouts are done—now it’s time to get game-ready. This session focuses on refining your core skills, building confidence, and helping you hit the ground running as practices begin and rosters take shape.

• High-rep passing and serve receive to build early-season consistency
• Clean, efficient setting reps with attention to footwork and tempo
• Serving work to lock in technique and improve placement under pressure
• Game-speed drills to enhance timing, court awareness, and communication

This small-group clinic will give you the touches, intensity, and feedback you need to feel sharp and prepared as your team ramps up.
