Connected by Nature

Take a break from busy days and reconnect with nature. We invite you to explore mindfulness and movement in the great outdoors through yoga, breathing exercises, nature journaling, creative art projects, and guided forest adventures. We'll build focus, resilience, and self-awareness while having fun on the trails, amongst the trees and through hands-on nature play. Perfect for kids who love to move, create, and spend time outside! Adult participation is required. Ages 8-12.
