Connected by Nature

Slow down, stretch out, and soak in the wonders of nature with your little one! This family-friendly program blends playful yoga and simple mindfulness practices with forest exploration, nature-based art, and unstructured outdoor play. Each session encourages movement, creativity, curiosity, and calm. Whether you're making a leaf mandala, listening to birdsong, or practicing deep belly breaths beneath the trees, you'll leave feeling grounded and connected. Ages 4-6. Adult participation required.
