Hands On Assist Masterclass with Amanda DiGiovanna

Going through postures and supporting hands on assists based on understanding of the anatomy and energetics underneath the pose. Advance your ability to teach vinyasa or to explore the physicality of your own practice while learning how to help your students or yourself to go deeper. We'll explore the anatomy of peak poses and the asana leading up to those poses as we show how to build, grow, and offer hands-on adjustments in a safe and supportive environment.
Not only will you get to practice giving assists, you'll receive them as well so you know how it feels in your own body.
Amanda has been practicing yoga for the past 25 years, founder of Revolution Yoga Amanda has been leading Teacher Trainings for almost 2 decades, bring her experience of Asana and Ayurveda to each Pose.
