2025 MPCA Annual Conference

We are excited to welcome you to MPCA’s 2025 Annual Conference – 60 Years of FQHCs: Anchored in Mission, Sailing Toward New Horizons, at the Samoset Resort in Rockport, Maine, October 22-23.

Join us as we gather together with stakeholders, colleagues, and partners to celebrate and learn about FQHCs and the critical role they play in Maine’s healthcare infrastructure. Over two days, our conference will feature in-depth presentations, panel discussions, and conversations that dive into access, workforce and operations issues, and much more.

Maine's Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), also known as Community Health Centers (CHCs), make up the largest independent primary care network in the state, providing high quality and accessible primary and preventive medical, behavioral, and dental health services for over 200,000+ Maine people. Our Annual Conference celebrates the immense impact that this network has on healthcare across our state and the work that FQHC staff do every day to provide compassionate care to everyone who walks through their door.

Refund Policy:

• There is a standard cancellation fee of $35.00.
• If registration is cancelled by 9/26/25, a refund of the registration amount – less the cancellation fee of $35.00 – will be issued.
• If registration is cancelled by 10/8/25, a refund of 50% of the registration cost will be issued.
• MPCA will not issue refunds for cancellations after 10/8/25, or for no shows.
• If you have registered but not paid for an event and you cancel after 9/26/25, you are responsible for the corresponding registration fee and will receive an invoice.
