Guided by our Le Cordon Bleu–trained chef from Your Chef Service, this hands-on class will have you crafting jet-black squid ink pasta (imported straight from Italy by The Italian Cowboy God & Provisions), paired with perfectly seared scallops and sweet, spiced carrots. The result? A dish that’s bold, eerie in appearance, yet refined and absolutely delicious.

You’ll learn professional techniques for pasta prep, scallop searing, and balancing flavor with seasonal sides—all while enjoying a festive, adults-only Halloween evening. A little eerie, a lot gourmet, and plenty of fun!
