These times of intense and definite changes are prompting us to activate and use our innate healing tools to become mindful of our thoughts, emotionally grounded, and in control of our health. One of the most powerful tools of self-healing is the alchemizing properties of our "breath!"
As Dan Brule shares...give yourself a big sigh of relief with the intention of letting go and relaxing, and begin to systematically explore various areas of your body where the residue of any shocks of traumas, injuries or illnesses remain as subtle bands of tension.
Join Mariscela and Theodore to practice the Conscious Connected Breathing technique as a portal to expand self-awareness, which is the first step in creating radical, internal changes to heal unresolved trauma through your breath. During this session we'll also incorporate touch and body awareness, movement, sound and meditation!
