Run Like a Girl 10 Week Training Camp

Space Coast Runners is excited to offer Women Specific Training this August with Coach Theresa Miller and SCR Head Coach, Kaitlin Donner. The SCR Run Like a Girl 10-Week Training Camp is designed for women, by women coaches and is structured to accommodate all ages and all paces. So if you're a beginner, no problem! Are you a seasoned runner looking to get faster, we've got you! Virtual camp option is available too.

Come meet other female runners and run/walkers. The Women Specific Training Camp with Coach Theresa will be delivered in-person and through the Final Surge app. The goal race will be the DASH in Life 5K on 11/8/25. However, campers do not have to be running the race to participate. We'll have runners and walkers with different goal distances and races.
