2025 Big Gay Strength Day

Although strength sports has improved leaps and bounds for acceptance and welcoming of LGBTIQA+ members of our community, there is always more work to do.

For 2025, we're proud to present the return of the Big Gay Strength Day, a chance for everybody regardless of gender or sexuality to come down and experience strength sports (including powerlifting and strongman) for themselves in a safe, welcoming space, and meet currently competing members of our queer community.
