May 2025 Joint Tae Kwon Do/Point Fighting Workout

Join us for this fun joint competition sparring practice for the students!! This practice is for competition team members only from the various Tae Kwon Do and martial arts schools. Please bring water and your sparring gear. The practice runs from 1:30-3:30 P.M. for all ages and ranks.

New rule added: All participants are being asked to please arrive about 10-15 minutes early to stretch out. All participants should be on time at the start of the workout and participate in both the drills and sparring.

The address is 342 Union Street in Rockland, MA. There is parking in the parking lot and along Union and Pacific Street.
