Christmas is just around the corner! Now is a great time to discover some delicious recipes that are perfect for entertaining and gifting. In this hands-on canning class, we will make three recipes: Plum conserve, spiced apple rings, and vanilla extract.
Plum conserve is a delightful accompaniment that blends the flavors of plum, orange, and a few surprises. Spiced apple rings are a wonderful holiday treat that warms the spirit with notes of cinnamon and cloves. What is holiday baking without extract? Participants will bottle their own vanilla extract in time to “cure” or “mature” for the holidays.
