Spearfishing Club Steering Committee Kickoff
We’re putting the fins on the ground to build a local spearfishing club in CQ. This first meeting is all about forming a steering committee and getting the foundations in place.
Core focus for the night:
• What roles do we need and how do we fill them?
• What will bring people to the club – the value we can and will offer (mentoring, training, club events, community).
We might touch on other ideas like pool sessions, shore dives, and safety initiatives, but the main goal is to nail the basics and set ourselves up strong.
