WERQ is the fiercely fun dance fitness format combining pop and hip hop hits with fresh dance moves and athletic moves. It’s a great cardio and endurance workout that feels like a dance party!

4-week session 7/15-8/12 (skip 7/29), $32

‼️NOTE: as always, class moves to the Admin Building for the summer, as Meadow Ridge is closed — and YES, we DO have AC!!
