Strength Circle: Women's Depression Support Group

Strength Circle is a warm and supportive space where people come together to heal, grow, and feel understood. In this safe and caring community, members share their experiences and support each other through life’s ups and downs. With open conversations and respect for each person’s background, the group helps everyone feel connected, strong, and empowered.

Meetings occur at Brooke Road Community Center, 1404 Brooke Road, Rockford, IL 61109, through December 2025. Beginning January 2026, meetings will occur over Zoom for the winter months and will resume at Brooke Road in Spring!
